No wonder we get a million questions on PH!
The fact that this months sprint mentions in an article that they only saw 2 PCs on their factory trip.. and only one connected to the internet explains a lot.
The internet site is the sort you saw in about 1997/98 when companies were not on the internet but needed a presence.. so they got some up-their-arse designers to come up with a 'all glitz no content' website.. which the company never saw anyway as it wasn't on the net.
That's TVR in 2004 though.....
I was half seriously suggesting on the speed 6 forum that we chip together and buy tvr a Pistonheads PC.. and connect it to the internet/broadband.
Provide it in the new canteen.
We'll start to get some tvr input to pistonheads and it will give PH folks views more exposure to tvr.

The web site was updated relatively recently (2001/2002?) by someone who used to be on this list. You should have seen the previous version!

The one aspect of Moleskins' ownership curiously overlooked by the car cognoscenti is his contacts in the world of high investment: Russia, Saudia Arabia, China, et al. As you and I swap conjecture he'll be jet-setting between those guys getting more investment together for sales, distribution, development, perhaps even optional aluminium bodied cars. The sky's the limit. That what you can do when you have oodles of cash; rich folk prefer to deal with other rich folk. Success breeds success.

The supposition that Moleskin will sit in an office in the factory merely taking meetings, and sup tea with the workers in their new canteen, is laughable. The guy's dynamic. He has a plan. He'll be using his contacts to help put it into effect. What I hope, and perhaps you too, is that he sees TVR as a life's mission, at least for the next decade, and not a company needing rescue, a boost and then a quick sale. I'll not know the full integrity of the man until I meet him, whereupon you can be sure I'll scrutinize him with an intense scrute!
I just hope that if I get to meet him, I don't address young Nic as, Eyupp, Moleskins, 'ow yer doin?

for in a car mag my pal read his interview, where its said he's gonna extend the dealership globally, build a new production factory an paintshop, buy-in better components, an fabricate their own fibre-panels
