So I like listening to relaxing music at night. If I have to switch it off, I wake up again. So I am wondering if there are wireless headphones or ear things?

I don't want to strangle myself at night, so normal headphones are not the thing, and I don't want to leave the music on all night as it disturbs the other half.

So what technology is out there to help me?

I apologise if this is in the wrong place, can the mods move it please?

What about those pillows with the speakers in them? Never tried them, but they might be quiet enough for you to listen, and not your lady person.

I use my PC for this - but it's set to switch off after an hour.

I just use a Walkman and earbuds. I've never strangled myself yet and you get used to them. Couldn't do without nowadays (not least for drowning out snoring!)

I bought my wife some Bluetooth ones for Christmas from amazon for about £20. Works well with iPhone and pc and MacBook. Also fairly flat so sleepable in
