Hi guys. The service indicators have gone missing only the extreme right one comes on. Also its a really dim green not like the bright green ones I see on other cars. Some of the pixels for time / date, mileage etc etc also are missing. What's the best way to get this sorted guys.
thanks Fatmans V8

Thanks DVAndrews I'm going yo Rudi. I'm waiting for a call back so I arrange a day to book it in. Will he take cluster out if I take the car to him on a fix while I wait situation.

I believe so - you can take the car to them in Southampton and they do it whilst you wait. I wouldn't have a clue how to take the instrument cluster apart.

The pixels on my head unit have started disappearing. Can they fix this too?
If so, good to know.

I'm not sure pal. I can ask them when I contact them. Is your head unit in a bmw? Is it a bmw built in head unit? I'm pretty sure they will ask me these question's.

If you look at his website you can see instructions on how to remove the cluster, there are several other places on the web where this information is available. It takes around 30 mins to remove.

Your welcome pal. As yet i have been unsuccessful in contacting them, i rang them twice yesterday, filled in their " contact request form" but no response. And just a few minutes ago sent them a e-mail let's see how that turns out.
kind regards FatmansV8
