Making Doctors Appointments...

I want to see a specific Dr. at my surgery (I think he is my GP) but can I specifically request to see that exact Dr.?

My previous surgery would NEVER allow you to book in advance, it was a first-come-first-serve basis from 8:30am and you saw whoever was available.

This Dr. has seen me for this problem before and was brilliant, so I'd like to see him.

Can I do that?
