So, the order went in yesterday for a GTR. Looking forward to it now, it's been a what feels like a long time coming.

Just need to settle on an engine now, a nice decision to be stuck with though.

Well done! Self build or factory?

Thank you. Self build, think that's half the fun. It will be spread out, so the first 9 (I think) stages are ordered.

Cheers

Enjoy the build.
Don't be in a rush to fit the suspension...it will look good and seem like you have made progress but it will just get in the way for the rest of the build.

Cool, another build in progress soon, then smile Make sure you setup a build log so that we can all watch your progress ;-)

Haha I've been told exactly the same about my soon to start GT40 build, it's going to be hard to resist....

If you feel the need fit it.
It's only a few bolts to take it off again and put to one side.

Congrats leem5! It's a lot of fun. I fitted my suspension and it was most satisfying. Still, I've only had a few weeks of maneuvering around it so far...
