Even worse when chubby middle aged women take over the gym pool for 'aqua zumba'.

This is compounded by their instructor being a chubster, too - who takes fitness instruction from a chubster?

Don't worry; like all these fad exercise things, it will be gone soon.

A friend of mine is a Zumba instructor; she reckons the market has fallen by at least 80% in the last year or so.

I told her not to pump money into it...oh well rolleyes

Shame, really. Like anything, when people realise it takes a lot of effort to really lose weight, they give up and move on to the next big thing, hoping it will work. I should jump on the bandwagon instead of whingeing about such practices. If I'd spent more time making up faddy workouts like Tony Horton than whingeing about him, I'd be swanning around in a Ferrari, too. Still, I believe you can burn 5 calories an hour by bhing about someone successful on the Internet. biggrin

It's a new DVD I've just released called bhing2013X. Put on a Happy Hardcore CD, pick any subject... Huhne, Labour policies, climate change, or Matt's favourite - fat people - and bh away. It's the secret to Matt's beautiful body.

I quite like zumba - on the wii when nobody's watching. Better still when you have weights in your hands.
