Ml 320cdi

I am looking at buying an 06 ml 320 with 108000 miles for 12400. I need the extra room and sInce test driving the ml really like the drive it gives. I've always bought nearly new so mileage wasn't a worry, any thoughts on buying an ml with 100 k on the clock?

I got exactly this car, same age but with 80,000 miles. I've had it since 60,000 miles and have had a few little niggles, but nothing to cause us to much of the concern. Really good car to drive, mine is also a really good spec as well. it's been a really good family car, but I'm just about to part exchange it for a Q7 as we need the extra set of seats.
