Hello All,

I'm in the process of covering my dash with vinyl (not ideal but it'll look better for low cost) I'm nearly ready to lift the dash panel (the metal bit where the dials sit) out of the lower dash but it's secured at the heater control end, is there something that keeps it anchored to the dash on the LH side or do I need to disconnect the heating controls? It appears to just slot in on the RH side without any securing.

I'm also trying to figure out where the four wires go on the back of the heater switch heater switch, the switch was removed before taking notes of what wire connected to which switch terminal rolleyes

Thanks.

There are two screws at the back of the heater controls (alu wheels)unsrew theses then wiggle the whole panel up and out. Once out you will see 3 screws holding the wheels and the ledsto the dash remove these 3 screws and the alu wheels complete with the bracket will come loose but leds will still be attched you need to snip the wires, new ones on ebay.

sorry can not help on this one as mine has the electrical ribbon connection.
Looking at the bible (do you have one) suggest buying one. Green is the main input feed,
Terminal 1 from the switch YR goes to Green (slate)
Terminal 2 from the switch YG goes to Blue
Terminal 3 From the switch Y goes to Yellow

Hope this helps but I am sure some one has a photo
