Impreza STI Mirrors & AC Questions

The mirrors on my mate’s 2010 Impreza STI have developed a fault. They (ie both) have stopped folding in and can’t be adjusted. I’ll be checking the fuses and relays first but can someone please tell me where these are located. Are there any other possible causes?

Also, re the air-con. Has any one had a fault with the clutch on the AC pump?

I had an issue with the AC clutch, but not sure it's relevant to you as mine is MY99. It seized and started making the most awful noise, which got better when I turned the AC on. Got a new compressor for it, never gone wrong again.
