Focus door handle problem

The wife has just got back from the supermarket, and informed me that the Drivers external door handle no longer works. On trying to open the door, there was a cracking sound, and it stopped it working.

So, easy fix? A bit of googling says its the door handle reinforcement that breaks. Does anyone have a part number for this piece, and is the problem common enough for me to get the part without further investigation?
