Massively infuriating classifieds problem

Grrrrrrrrr.
Ive just spent half an hour typing out my advert only for it to say "Login or create account".
I tried to login as BSR and it wasn't having that so I assumed I needed a classified specific account.
So I set that up and it wont login at all.
When I enter my details and press 'login' the screen goes as if to load a page and then blanks out all the fields without saying anything. IN other words it just wont login.
Please can someone make it work
Just to clarify- I'm using Windows 8. I am IT illiterate so Im sure that has nothing to do with it but I like to blame it for anything bad
