As its Pistolar who's selling these, maybe he could advise us as to what size wheels these fit?

Of course, I'm assuming that its the same Pistolar on FleaBay as on here

The bore size was a guess it could well fit 72mm. they were off a genuine set of lattice wheels

Well they sold for £31.

I wonder how difficult it would be to take a mould and make some more? I saw an American restoration program where they had a kit that you could take a rubbery mould with and then pour a new plastic lens for a moped.

It would need a two part mould unless they were solid..cold cast resin and then chrome plated..However there would be plenty of cutting and careful trimming needed..

It would probably be cheaper and easier to get as many of us as possible who wants them and then find a plastic injection company who will be willing to do it..The most expensive part will be the tooling of the mould..I used to make plastic RC helicopter bodies and you would be horrified to learn of some of the products they have in america and are willing to send!..I still have a product in my cupboard that im actually scared of..Its called shell shock liquid plastic and a few inhalations WILL give you lung cancer!..There are a load of different types of viny rubbers/compounds and two part plastic resins to choose from..Just make sure they are compatible..I would have a go but believe me its epoxy messy job!...Ziga
