Well the closest is the Thistle Brands Hatch. Probably not the best in the area but looks to be in a great location. Haven't been to Brands H for a very long time & never stayed before so I expect someone will be along shortly to put me in my place

I can highly recommend The Spa Hotel in Tunbridge Wells, only a short drive to Brands Hatch and the owners are very Aston Martin friendly and even have their bar named 'Zagato's'. I could speak to them to organise a special deal for people staying there? Www.spahotel.co.uk

I will be able to get a deal as its my team mates hotel haha, so he will 'look after' any one wanting to stay there, perhaps if we get a few number together of people interested I can go to him and see what he can offer!?

The Brands Hatch event is definitely a must for any AM owners and I am sure there will be a huge turnout...I think for Rob birthday we should run him through our driver development programme and get him racing at Brands Hatch that weekend in one of our GT4 Vantages

The Brands Hatch Thistle Hotel is situated at Brands Hatch itself next to the Main Entrance. It looks nice enough, I've only ever been there for coffee and a function. Both excellent.

The Brands Hatch Place Hotel and Spa is 200m from the Paddock Entrance. Again likes very nice and is smaller and less corporate. Again, haven't stayed there either. But have heard good things about the food and the Spa and Pool is nice!!

Racing on the Saturday uses the Indy Circuit, so cars are in view almost all the time. On Sunday, the longer Grand Prix circuit will be used.

With the jokes on this forum about owners of big Astons, and pipe and slippers, did you notice the ticket price is lower on the gate than on-line, for DB9 owners?

Re. hotels. I recently stayed at one of the 'Hand Picked Hotels' group venues. Absolutely first class, so the Brands Hatch Place Hotel might be good too.

Didn't hear any more about this 'deal'. Would be nice if something were to come of it. We are just looking for a Friday night stay but it looks like others might be interested over that w/end ...?

I would get your hotels booked sharpish guy's. I could not get my first choice for the Silverstone Classic. Unfortunately due to the job that pay's for the Aston I'm very upset to be missing this.
