I've emailed (twice) tried to phone and no answer. I'm heading to the ring in April and need a hotel. Any other recommendations or know if the hotel is still open?

but ask PHer Adenauer as he runs a pension (Hotel?) in...............Adenau.

Yes, didn't hear anything further thought and have now managed to book the aforementioned!

Fair enough. Glad you got it sorted.

99% of the hotels around here are absolutely rubbish at answering Emails, God only knows why

Unless you email the "Burgstube" they will always reply fairly quickly.
