On the way to work the frost ligh come on green, then goes red and then it starts to snow. Hopefully it won't be as bad as last time!

Last time that happened to me the light went green, then red, then it started to snow extremely fast; 5 minutes and the road was white and I was down to 5mph (R888s, supercharger and aggressive clutch). Tried to divert to my grans house as a backup and got 200m from her place before it slid off the road into a tree in the slowest crash of all time! Doh!

Sounds like a nightmare! The snow is being blown vertically at the moment, may have to make a plan B.

I got caught in the snow this morning as well, coming down very fast and all over the place, fortunately it didn't stick and only lasted 30 minutes. Of course this was the 30 minutes I spent taking my car in to get its MOT done. Just starting to snow again here so I imagine I'll get the call saying it's ready to pick up any moment now.

SURELY it is HORIZONTAL ie sideways and since VERTICAL is linked to gravity, snow travels vertically down not up.

I now run away and hide because I cannot spell for toffee wink

The snowflake on mine was like a fruit machine when it went for its service and MOT yesterday morning. Green, red, green, red, every couple of minutes.

Left in sun, arrived in sun, but had proper blizzard-like conditions twice in between - and more sun. Only 30 miles too.

The fruit machine coughed up a jackpot though. Passed the MOT with no advisories smile.
