Looking to get from 15 down to 10% bf.

Anyone had success with these sort of supplements?

It does help a little.

...however I got cut from 16%BF to 5% in 14 months by taking...

...absolutely nothing.

Yes you read that right, just through eating clean and training. Shredded to the
bone and added 6kg of lean mass.

That's my experience, I'm sure someone will come along and tell you they are brilliant but my sleeping
pattern was affected quite a bit when I tried them in 2006 for 6 weeks.

Also yes and no. First you need to look at what type of fat burner. Normal or thermogenics. Thermogenics basically contain caffeine which speeds up your heart rate which helps burn more calories - in a nut shell.
Normally a fat burner is ingredients you can get anywhere mashed together in a pill. For example green tea is an example of a weight loss product.
Personally I would first check diet as above. Almonds provide a weight loss effect so look at them. 12 or so nuts a day should be enough (I use 20g). Either PH will recommend you some foods no doubt or have a google probably best using bodybuilding.com - everything has been discussed there smile
