Refresh button

Can someone please tell me if there is some way of making a PC refresh a webpage say every 10 seconds until you tell it to stop?
In other words if you are watching the end of an auction on line it updates itself without having to constantly press the F5 button?

You need Opera, it has that function built in

Shame, not worth having another browser for, but would have been handy.

If you know a bit of HTML, write your own page with an IFRAME that automatically reloads every x seconds, save the page on your own computer then open that in the browser.
