[Tomtom Go] Upgrading memory card

Anyone here got a Tomtom Go?

I've got one, and it's excellent. However, it came with a 128MB card as standard. When I upgraded the software recently I had to delete some of the voice files (e.g. the Danish route directions) so there was enough room for the upgrade.

I now want to install the speed camera database on it, so I'm thinking I need tp upgrade to 256/512MB. If so, do I need to buy one from Tomtom with the maps pre-installed, or can I buy a blank memory card and somehow transfer the maps etc over from the standard 128MB one?

I imagine you could buy a blank card and copy the files off the smaller one

I would presume then that I could hook the TTG up to the PC and it would appear as a drive in explorer?

Probably, or there'll be some software with it to install the maps again
