So, I've been lurking on this forum for a little while now and it is not until now that I have a bee in my bonnet about something car related.....

I want to purchase a new A6 Bi Turbo Black Edition.... However, I am really struggling to get a drive in one? I've been waiting over 5 weeks now and still nothing!!! My local Audi Center doesn't have one, nor do they have one in group. Seriously, is this an acceptable amount of time to wait for a drive? I have even called Audi Customer services, they said it will be resolved in the 24 hours. That has now passed, and I am still waiting!!! Honestly are they so busy that they don't want my business? The alternatives are a CLS 350 with a Brabus upgrade or a 535d... Rant over.......!!!!

I think you have been using the wrong dealers. I have never had an issue in needing to test drive something with the dealer is use. Happy to put you in touch.

I suspect the problem isn't being allowed to drive the car, its dealers physically having the specific car in stock OP is after.

I'm unfamiliar with the car but unless it clearly is the best I'd be looking at the other options.

I hate being messed about when I'm trying to spend a decent amount of money.

Just go and get a new Bimmer, the new 5 is an utterly brilliant car.
