Importing a classic bike from Spain

Hello all,
I'm looking at buying a 1970's bike that was previously registered in Spain.
Can I get an age-related plate here? I probably won't have any of the Spanish documents with it. But it'll have engine and frame (and probably Spanish reg no).
Any advice on registering it would be greatly appreciated, I've never done this before!
