BMW AUC - 545i Touring

My hunt for a car continues and this cropped up today.
Looking for a spanish V8 with a decent spec and this seems to fulfil the criteria. Would prefer an M Sport but I think the SE will ride better. No photos yet but will be up shortly.
BMW AUC is appealing for the warranty etc in the first year. I understand my car trades at approx £6500 (Mercedes C320 CDI estate) so what would be a realistic price to change to keep both parties happy? It is a niche car being manual which could be a pro or con depending on how you look at it. Would my car plus £2500 be a good opener?
Normally I like to see th car, let them see mine and establish a relationship but I am on the South coast so not quite as easy as just popping across.
Perhaps someone on here knows the car anyway?
