About to enter the drive it fettle it detail it maintain it drive it again phase (hopefully). I've been aiming for this for a long time, and by the end of June all the planned mods should have been completed. Attention will turn to detailing... starting with the engine bay.. next winter will probably be a suspension strip down and re-build...

So that's that. The pursuit of meaningful BHP gains will be over. Of course, could go to the next step, ITB's, but that's silly money, and quite frankly for road use its already quick enough. At the moment.

The never ending pursuit for more power is in my blood. It's been there from a very early age. It's a drug, and I can't give it up. So, Come June, that's it. Just enjoy it, polish it, make it an outstanding example. Be proud to lift the bonnet so peeps can see the work of art lying beneath.

Life without major modifications. It's a frightening prospect. Maybe you can get counselling for it frown

Chilli, have you ever considered driving it? I am told it can be quite an amusing thing to do.
Get Sproutmotive to cover the front with clear Plastidip (so that you can peel it off afterwards) and come and give it some beans on an airfield track day. Those horses might just enjoy stretching their legs.
Or are you saving it for Chatsworth and showing it off in all its glory?

I wouldn't speak to DB, mention the word Nitros or visit the dentist until the habit is broken.
Good luck and look forward to seeing the gleaming engine and bay someday.

Leave my sex life out of this.

I am happy to refill bottles as and when. Its nice to know i can drive a few hundred miles to the tracks relatively unstressed and achieving 30 mpg if i want to.

You must be in an emotional and vulnerable place at the moment if you are considering leaving the TVR modifying and POWER gang and joining the polishing / detailing crew.

Ian Rose is in the process of having one of these epic John Eales / ACT systems fitted..... have a little ganders....
