Just seen a dark green helicopter hovering about 100ft or so above Wellington street.

Might be a Puma practising landing on LGI's helipad. They do it every now and again.

I work just outside the centre of town and quite often see a couple of non-police helicopters in the skies. Happens probably a couple of times a month.
