Licence Catagory 'L'

I just changed my address and was issued with an updated licence.

Whilst going through the new/altered categories on-line (mostly they've changed the motorcycle and bus entitlments), I discovered there is Category 'L' for Electrically propelled vehicles.

I do not have 'Cat L' entitlement, does this mean I can't drive a G-Whiz/Leaf/Twizzy etc? or do they mean some other form of vehicle like a milk-float/dodgem?

It's just been merged into everything else I think - The G-Wizz/Twizzy etc are cat B1 as far as I'm aware, things like the I-Miev/Tesla/milk float/Renault Kangoo ZE will be cat B.
