and the car still runs ! before picture.

had rockers powder coated along with plenum ( £50 ), new rocker cover badges, new breather hose kit from ACT, plenum to throttle pipe and braided fuel hoses from JohnnyZ, replaced some old jubilee clips with new ones, chrome bracket for ignition coil ( MBG ), new mushroom filter and cap from race direct.

need to wipe hoses clean but pleased with it now. think I will change the elbow for blue one from JohnnyZ too, the heat wrapped one looks a bit crap now!

then gave it a wax

bloody love it ! biggrin

Top work! Bet it won't be long before you're at it with some Peek metal polish on that swirl pot whistle

Don't get excited I did it on a mop not by hand
You won't have any fingers left doing it by hand

Those bits do look good polished, the only problem is that once they're done you have to keep polishing them to keep them looking nice. I had mine polished a while ago and bought a huge tub of metal polish! biggrin

next job is the roof, seals are bad and there are a load of scuffs and scrapes on the targa. and the seals on the targa are not great. Also it is black canvas, and I want blue Mohair, think it suits dark blue car better
