T5 GEARBOX PROP SEAL

HI EVERY ONE DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THE PROPSHAFT OIL COMES OUT ,CAN YOU PRISE IT OUT FAIRLY EASILY.CHEERS IN ADVANCE.

Are you talking about the big one that pokes out the end of the extension housing or the little black one inside the extension housing?

The big one can be removed fairly easily by tapping on the flange that it has.

For the inside one, tip:

Bang a 'lip' in the seal that you can then lever against. Should pop out with a long screwdriver on it.

THANKS FOR THE INFO ,IHAVE A LITTLE OIL LEAK FROM THERE SHOULD I RE PLACE BOTH SEALS.

I suspect it will be the inner smaller tougher one that is leaking but yes replace both. Bear in mind the standard T5 big rear seal is not the same as the TVR one - I actually don't know where it's from but the main parts stockists should have it.
