Any property surveyors? Quick question.

Hi , I'm in the middle of a big advertising push with my company . We offer all trades but specialise in domestic rewiring.
I had a surveyor round at a flat I've renovated the other day and it got me thinking . Is there any way for me to find out which properties are comming to market that need electrical upgrade ? I could request home reports from the estate agents but this would be time consuming and I think they would soon catch on . Would a surveyor share this information for my area , perhaps at a cost ?

Why would a surveyor breach his professional standards/ethics/confidentiality/contract to tip you off on properties that need electrical work?

Surely easiest way would be to do a leaflet drop on properties with a sold board outside.
