OK another heavy down poor and a small pond in my drivers foot-well. So far I have resealed all cables through bulkhead and had lower screen seal replaced. It seems to be dripping in from under the dash! Anyone else had this?

Yes sir! Quite common,

Check where the wiper washer hose goes through (and the wiper wheel boxes too) and also the black sealant around brake and clutch master cylinder housings.

I have a simular problem but everything apart from the floor pan is dry! I found 4 holes under the carpet and have sealed those but still the floor gets wet, I am not sure if its when driving it is getting wet or if its when its standing but a mystery unless the floor pan is cracked? Has anyone seen this before?

They can leak around the pedal box bolts in addition to the points mentioned above. Also, if the door seal isn't fitted right then it can let in water running off the roof. The later door seals have a squashed bit at the front to allow water to flow outside rather than inside!

Pour some dyed water( with a little bit of food colourant so doesnt mark carpet) over the window wiper splines and rubber hoses where they disapear into the bulkhead. Watch the water if it disappears and if it does you will be able to trace it with a tissue when it soaks it up as it will turn the same colour as the dye. Try different areas of the car, again pour coloured water over the door & window seals etc, and usual places where water ingress takes place
