ISA Server problem

Simple one probably for those in the know.

Is there an "easy" way to totally disable the firewall feature of ISA Server so I can get in with Radmin and sort out a few problems?

I think the ISA may be corrupt as it is doing strange things and I need to do this by way of simple instructions over the phone if possible, just so I can get to the point of gaining access.
