Im dieting,...yawn.

What can I make for a pudding that is fairly low calorie wise that can just take the edge off my pudding craving?

Fruit had been suggested but whilst i dont mind fruit in something I could never just eat an apple or an orange.

Natural Lo-Fat Yoghurt, tinned pear in natural juice, maybe some runny honey.

You're welcome! I find Natural yoghurt quite filling, so works well for a hunger pang. smile

bit of fruit - banana, strawbs, a soft pear - and skimmed milk in a food processor, drop of yoghurt if you fancy it, maybe a dollop of honey, cinnamon is good substitute for sweetness too

throw a bit of crunchy muesli in it afterwards, maybe a couple of grapes

watch out for tinned fruit being in syrup

The apple one looks great too and the kids will love it. Thanks guys. It'll certainly beat the tiramasu or banoffee pie i usually make! And stop me eating the kids fun size packs of malteasers.

Whats stopping you having a smaller portion of the pudding you fancy?

Hartleys sugar free jelly is a handy thing to have in the fridge when a craving kicks in. I always have a big bowl of it in there and combine it with low fat natural yogurt and the occasional meringue nest, works out between 100-150 cals depending on quantities.
