The list grows!

More spares ordered to add to the list of "to do's" after my first drive of the year at the beginning of the month ended in a Hamlet cigar moment.
So when they all turn up I'll have these to fit (or have fitted):
Clutch master cylinder.
Clutch slave cylinder.
Braided hose to connect the above 2 items.
Otter switch.
Water pump.
Engine mounts.
Plus these less pressing things that I've had for a while:
Rocker cover gaskets.
Indicator lenses.
New rear lens clusters
The target date for the first 5 items is Chatsworth, with time to get the MOT sorted (expires 23/03/13)!
And I'm already on another mission that I'll share with you all if/when I succeed - it's not that exciting but a challenge I've set myself.
My bank manager is choking on his/her coffee!!!

You know what it's like, you start five jobs and find another along the way.....
Tonight's efforts:
Slave cylinder swapped - just waiting arrival of the blingy braided hose and need to just swap the push-rod in the master before fitting (clevis pin doesn't fit the new one!).
Water pump off (no sheared bolts and relatively straight forward).
Identified knackered connector to radiator fan, so fan hasn't been cutting in (explains a lot!!).
BUT also established radiator re-core needed (great!). So my cooling system overhaul will ended up being quite comprehensive!!
Not tackled engine mounts yet!

Starting to put it all back together now.
Master and slave clutch cylinders in, just connecting them up with a nice shiny braided hose.

Re-cored rad back and going on tomorrow (autocool radiators J29M1 - excellent service).

Water pump ready to go on tomorrow.
Engine mounts being attempted on Saturday - new flexi head ratchet spanner set from Halfrauds purchased (half price professional range - lifetime guarantee).
Get yer ear plugs ready for Saturday :-o

hi,also add where did you get master cylinder, flexi pipe and slave from???thanks dave
Master from here and I think this is the one (£5 cheaper now!!).http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MASTER-CYLINDER-classic-TVR-Chimaera-etc-Brake-Clutch-/350448488257?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item51985b8f41
He was excellent to deal with, if you email him he'll confirm which one you want. The one I bought was listed for Marina/Ital.
The flexi house was from Neil at ML Performance (neil@mlperformanceparts.co.uk)
Hose is 1 metre, 90 degree banjo connection at master end and straight connector at slave end. Just check size / thread needed at each connector.
Again excellent to deal with.
