Gem of a price too!
I think a new Ricardo unit from a Ford Gt would be cheaper, however I think the clutch for the GT is a bit steep £££'s. compared to a g50 unit.

It is but a 6 speed 50-50 must be a rare thing to have ... v nice to strap a serious engine onto ? £8-9k for that or go the whole hog Albins route.. £12-14K plus vodka and tonic ?

Doesn't seem to be much more than a marginally upgraded std G50? I know what my choice would be!

It suggests its the large crownwheel 50-50/52 version and looks like an additional section has been added to the rear to accommodate the unusual extra 6th gear..
Th 50-50 and 50-52's do attract big bucks in the States.

Rare indeed, but it hasn't even got an uprated side plate, vis a vis a 1989 RUF didn't produce enough power or torque (a tad over 460bhp @ 400lb-ft) to bother it.
Though a 6 speed G50/50 does sound like a nice idea, I think the money would be better spent elsewhere.

ETS fk me that's 24 years ago, it's not that long that Porsche have been producing those number on their later production cars!

But there are few to no spares available for the Ricardo's and prices on complete gearboxes have increased significantly as of late due to this fact.
