My darling wife surprised me today with a birthday present for my 30th

Next Sunday, I'm off to Staffordshire for a 'stunt driving experience'

Anyone done one, not sure what to expect really??

Not bad for turning old, what's the best motoring prezy your other half has bought you? biggrin

Asked for a new wallet for my birthday, opened it up to find those fake credit card things and cheques in side....... I thought i've never seen example cheques like this before... on closer inspection they were 2 Club grandstand tickets to Silverstone Grand Prix in 09!

Nice! No idea what it entails but I have visions of some Russ Swift style parking manoeuvres.

For my 30th, my other half got me an immaculate issue of Cavallino magazine published on the day I was born, gorgeous Ferrari 500 Superfast on the cover, custom framed. Great gift, totally unexpected. I got a 1:43 scale Elise in the same colours as my old one as well but that was a Christmas Present.

Driving an Aston V8 Vantage around Silverstone was a pretty awesome present from my missus for my 30th. Even though it was only short (3 laps) it will stick in the memory for a long time!

My sister in law made me a cake which was loosely based on my defender. Looked ace in a cartoon kind of a way

My girlfriend planned a VIP tour of the Prodrive facilities in Banbury for my birthday this year. The person organising the tours was a friend of her mums so they made sure I had special treatement, got to go in ahead of everyone else to get better photos and sit in all the cars in the heritage centre, and then at the end they gave me a set of Toshi Arai's old overalls as a present.
