Well as the title suggests I've had my GTO3 on a dyno and it's only producing 320 BHP...... not the supposed 352 BHP. The service centre is now looking for leaks around the turbo system - although boost gauge seems normal....

Heatsoak? not many rolling roads can keep the intercooler cool enough as they tend to be designed to chuck air at the front of the car. you need a fan on the intercooler.

Errrr.......... but in real life there's no air flowing over the intercooler so the 320 would be the more accurate? Tested it twice, copperslip in oil and wool taped to the clamshell.

I See your point

I bet the 350 figure was obtained with a healthy flow of air to the intercooler...

Regardless, the 0-100 times weren't, and they are more than adequate!

Was it on a dyno or a rolling road?

well rolling road I expect - I was not actually there - what's the difference of rollin road and dyno? - Is a dyno used when the engine is not in the car?

If the manufacturer says the car produces 350bhp that will be at the fly, are you taking into account transmission losses? they are 10-15% and can be even more on some 4WD cars.

Yes I have since been corrected this was at the wheels so it's about correct. As for the cool air - then yes huge great fans are placed infront of the intercooler so that was no a problem - although as these cars produce relativly low boost then this is not such an issue compared to say a scooby that produces 1 bar plus etc.
