magneti marelli alternator / battery capacity

I would like to know how many Ah produces the Magneti Marelli alternator for my Griffith (1993).
I think it is important because it is linked with my intent to purchase of a new battery
For this instance, I have a Bosch battery (Silver model) with a capacity of 70 ah (C/20) but only 510 amps CCA.
I am interested by an Optima Yellow top (4.2.) This type of battery with dual purpose (starting and deep cycle) seems perfect for people like me who are car audio enthusiast. OPTIMA's power seems cleaner with higher voltage output than conventional batteries. According to Optima, you can play your system louder and longer. And they have a greater cycle life so they can be drained and recharged more often.
This Optimav battery has a better CCA (750 amps) but a capacity of "only" 55 Ah (C/20).
Is it enough for the car ?

If yours is a 4 litre, should be a 65 Amp alternator, although it can be upgraded to an 100 or 135 Amp (from memory 
) one as it's just a Land Rover standard part - mine is a Lucas A127-65, rather than Magnetti-wotsit, but the mountings should be the same? Really, unless there's actually a label on the alternator you've got, it could be any Amp-hour-age.
