I reckon it's Webbers driving style IMO. F1 parts aren't sorted "really good" and "not very good" parts. All parts would be made and tested to the same standard.
According to McLaren, at whom RBR pointed the finger for Sunday's failure, it was "an issue with the data system in the garage" on Mark's car that caused the failure.I wonder where Marko was during the formation lap?
The RB KERS is troublesome.
Reported to have cooling issues. Maybe Webber uses it more aggressively than Vettel and cooks it...or his engineers set it up more aggressively
RB aren't going to throw all their eggs into one basket before the first race has begun, and want constructors points.

Even on the very few occasions Webber qualifies in front of Vettel, invariably he is behind him into the first or second bend. Is it really beyond the comprehension of some PHers that Vettel is simply rather batter at it than most others out there including his team mate.
Team Red Bull would want to see a 1-2 not just on the grid at the start like last Sunday, but, more importantly across the line at the other end of the race too. Who's car lost telemetry recently? Vettel's car has never been known to let him down.
So just maybe, the OP's attempts at excrement stirring has some real merit ... fat chance...
Even fan-boy favourites like Hamilton and Alonso sometimes bog down at the start and it's not unknown for one of those drivers to 'jump the gun' ... Yes, cannot be the driver, must be the car or even team sabotage.

if your talking starts, Webber's never managed to get off the line well since he has been in F1.
I think as the cars have progressed and now with Kers and all, he's actually got worse at it.
I don't think he has the same reflexes/skills that Vettel and others have, but he does have experience and huge balls, hence why in absolute laptime he's usually right up there.

Webbers car fails more often because he always spills his Fosters during the warmup lap each race (No cup holders in the RB), sometimes over the KERS, sometimes the Alternator, sometimes the radio- always an excuse!
Vettel drinks his Red Bull before the start, QED- Nothing to spill, how Germanic.
