Fans overide switch

Hi
I want to fit an overide switch for the fans. Before i go ahead and check the wiring are the fans earth controlled by the ECU so when the ecu wants the fans on it just earths them. i have done the same mod on my VX220 which operates this way.

yes fans are controled by ecu i fitted overide by switching neutral 2 switches one for each fan
