individual settings between desktop and mobile sites?

I have quite a high number of posts to a page enabled through my settings, enabled when viewing from my desktop. Saves having to turn pages as it were all the time.

When I view from my phone or tablet with an obviously smaller screen, it creates a long time to scroll through a thread.

Are separate settings possible for mobile to desktop viewing as the website to know what you are viewing on, or somehow directs you to the mobile or desktop version. So when it notices what's called for, could it not load up new preferences? I know it's not a selectable option now, but could it be one day?

Also, I'd like to be able to see a basic 'what car's ' section within peoples profiles when browsing via mobile, but that's a suggestion for another time.
