Hello all

I've put down a deposit on a 10 plate Cayman S with some beautiful 19" turbo style alloys.

My Z4 is currently on winters, which have made a huge difference, and I'd like to get a spare set of alloys and winter tyres ready for the Cayman before the next batch of white stuff.

Sooo total newbie questions (and probably sticking with Porsche OEM):

What size rims can I get away with, assuming 18"s are fine, but what about 17's?
Are staggered standard across 18's and 19's - if so what width?
What offset is standard?
Got any second hand wheels for sale!

Cheers.

Welcome to Pork ownership.

My Cayman S came with 19's and I purchased some s/h 18" rims and put winter tyres on them also.

Wheel and tyre sizes can be found here: http://www.porsche.com/usa/accessoriesandservices/...

My wheels were purchased here: http://www.porsch-apart.co.uk/alloy-wheels-63-c.as...

For a Cayman S you will need 18" wheels as a minimum.

For a complete set of wheels and winter tyres, http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/porsche_alloy_whe... might be an option (if they still have stock).

I have a set of 19 " wheels with winter tyres that are sat in the garage.

They were used for two weeks and that is it.

They are as good as new.

Don't have the Cayman anymore so they are of no use ....
