It's that rear wing!!! It's making you do high speed wheelies!! you need to balance that aero. Something like this may help????

Ohlins, makes a big difference hauling around a passenger when the car is set up for only the driver.

Are those holes in the front grills to do with brake cooling? Do you notice much of a difference since doing the mod?

No the 'holes' are connected to ducting for something else, the brakes don't really require any cooling.
