Pick Up Truck - windows or not?

I'll be getting a pickup to transport the dogs and assorted baby stuff in, and can't decide whether the rear cover should be one with windows or not. Any thoughts.

Windows can be opened slightly, so better ventilation, but would they make it a greenhouse? I'm asking in ACGAS rather than general gassing because the only consideration is the wellbeing of the dogs - it makes no difference to me.

Either way, I'll be fitting a roof vent to be on the safe side.

Windows for me. Whether it is glass or metal it will heat up in the sun and tinted windows would at least be able to add some much needed air into the box.
