My TVR S is now sold and am looking for either a Tuscan or a nice 450SE. If anyone has one, or knows of one for sale, do let me know. Very bright colours preferred. I do have a Tuscan in mind that I am going to check out next weekend, but if a well looked after 450SE comes along, who knows?

I would certainty test drive a few Tuscans before you purchase your 450 ....

I was lucky enough to drive quite a few other TVRs last year
including a couple of Tuscans, and as good and as fast as they were
I was still happy to get back in my Wedge to drive home.

This may seem strange to many people but is absolutely true.

The biggest itch I have got is a "Griff-itch" as I do like the look
and also the 5 litre. I reckon I will add a 5L into my 400SE at some stage

Good luck whatever you choose Tony

Cheers
Rich

My colour preference in any TVR I buy is BRIGHT colours, but if a car comes along that is in exceptional condition, yet not so bright, for the right price, I would make an exception and buy it. The only thing I am not sure about is how long I would be able to live with it. In an ideal world I would like it to be in exceptional condition and bright. Then we'd live happily ever after.

Seems to have been at least one 'bright' 450SE.

I think only 18 450se's were build. So they are a rare beast but do come up occasionally.

Hi Rev - it was 35 wasn't it. Either that or my car has just doubled in value and rarity wink

I definitely think mine doesn't fall in to the 'bright' colour range.... wink

35 x 450SE is the figure I thought as well

It is the SEACs that are such low figures
