Get your solicitor to go for w winding up petition, that usually gets there attention that you are serious ie costs you relatively little and they will have to get a solicitor involved to block it ;-)

Thanks for catching my post so quickly. It has now been removed from the site because of the 'no naming and shaming' policy!! Its crazy that you are only allowed to say good things about dealers on here and not warn them.

But thanks for the advice I'll have another word with my solicitors on Monday.
