Very slight Crease in bumper....Can it be repaired?

Bought this car a week ago and I flipping missed it! Was raining and could not see it....might have been the reason it was on for £1500 less than anything out there!

Saw it today when the sun hit the paintwork. Something obviously hit the car and slightly damaged the bumper.

Had the car given a full once over by my brother in law who owns a garage. Other than the bumper its in very good condition..

Anyone know if these kind of things can be repaired by a bodyshop or mobile repair? Heatgun or anything?

I'll elaborate.

I use an Infra Red lamp to soften the plastic, an PDR tools to reshape the area, then fill and prepare as I would a dent on metal for final imperfections.
