Worth checking. No3 injector itself ( you could do this yourself by swapping around). Check wiring to no3 injector. Since its obviously not coil pack or spark plug as youve already established, take a look at the coil pack supply wiring as this often breaks down. It's unlikely to be ecu. Doubtfully it's head gasket but you could easily rule this out by pressure test, combustion test or simply looking at the old plugs would give you a good idea. All IMO of course. Hope you get it sorted, let us know how you get on.
Burnt exhaust valves are relatively common on the 100bhp 16v, though a totally burnt valve would be giving much lower or zero compression than 11 bar. It's possible it's only leaking a little however, and a leakdown test would help to determine if this is causing your lower compression.
