Leven ally gear gaiter surround
Discussion
I ordered one of these as they really do finish that part of the car of.
Unfortunately My Hole was to Big
,apparently the first one Leven had come across with quite a few they had made. and they where very good about it and I need to meet up with them for them to measure my hole oo err.
I thought the instructions looked to be spot on, was a bit concerned mind cutting the Gearstick gaitor but you can cut a bit big then take a bit more off to finish.

Ian,
I fitted one last week, yes it is tricky, but the instructions really do give all the tips you need. I fitted mine with the gator still on the gear stick to make sure I could still get all the gears without stretching the gator. My only advice would be keep checking the throw of the lever before making the decision to punch holes in the gator, too tight and you will see the holes when you adjust it, too loose you can always position the holes further in and they won't be seen. Oh just remembered try and position the gator so that you don't have to punch through one of the seams, makes it easer. Hope it makes sense.
Cheers
David
P.S. when you've got the gator pulled out it's a good time to give it a clean and some leather feed.

So does anyone have a picture or wot?
Leven have one on their online brochure www.leventechnology.co.uk/pdfs/leventech_tvr_june2004.pdf
The fitting of these is not as bad as it sounds and when you have it in front of you it is a lot clearer.
We showed them to a lot of people at Cardif last weekend and they proved very popular. So popular that we have sold all we had in stock plus more! The good news is that there is already a new batch being made to be ready during October.
The Chimaera one is also being finalised this week so that too should be ready late in October.
If anyone would like more info or help please give us a call.
