Today is the day my V8S goes off to its new home... and what happens? Nothing!
Turn the key, everything is normal, engine turns about a quarter turn, tick, all ignition lights go out and won't come on again! Ba$tard! It's been faultless all the time I've had it, then on the day it goes this happens!
Guess a fuse or something. Been through them all and can't find a blown one. Checked all relays firmly pushed in etc. Battery seems healthy, other stuff works, just no ignition lights and therefore no start!
Any suggestions?

Problem is now solved, thanks to very helpful chap from Peninsula (just down the road) who came round armed with testing equipment.
Turned out to be a faulty muti-block on the main power feed to the ignition barrel. It was intermittent and proved to be a bit of a bugger to track down, but the offending article has now been replaced.
Just one of the joys of TVR ownership I guess, but sods law it happens on the day GI is coming to take her away!
The symptoms, in case any of you suffer the same, was a complete loss of power to the ignition. No dash warning lights and no turning of the starter motor. Immobiliser was still functioning. Checked all fuses and all ok.
Oh well, at least GI knows that it's very unlikely to happen to him now that the fault has been found and fixed.
