Been a fan of the marque since the late 80's when I saw/heard my first S.

Then I drooled over the Griffs, Chims and Cerbs at the motorshows.

Later I saw the new Tuscan and Peter Wheeler was kind enough to sign my brochure.

And finally, today, I got the keys to my very own TVR.

Picked her up today from the lovely people at Racing Green and made my way back home to Staffs.

She's a one owner Mk 1 2002 4.0 in Viper Blue. 36k miles, FTVRSH with a chassis you could eat your dinner off. The paint and interior are cracking and to say I'm beaming is an understatement.

A lovely faultless drive home and looking forward to getting to know the car and getting some miles under my belt.

A couple of pics from Racing Greens ad...

Wheels are now shadow chrome which I'm really chuffed with. I'll take a couple of pics tomorrow.

Oh dear eek not another one you will be sorry, I was exactly the same loved TVR,s and 16 years ago I got a Chim 2 years later sold that and got a Cerb still got it now the bug has got worse hope you don,t get the same infection wink I now own a Griff as well and just before Christmas got a Tuscan biggrin and its viper blue with portland grey interior, blue is the best colour of course so you have taste sir, the biggest problem owning a TVR is getting that silly grin off your face when you get behind the wheel, hope you enjoy as much as I do well done clap and welcome to the fold

Nothing like them, it is a bug. Saw a T350 yesterday and wondered whether that should keep the Tuscan company?

Well done Mathew, and welcome to the Tuscan clan. I bought my first Tuscan 3 months ago,and i am totally smitten.Took it out yesterday for what was meant to be a nice gentle cruise. But then an M3 come roaring up behind me,sat there for a while before pulling out to pass me. Well you know what happened next..........loserwhistlewhistle

Great looking car. Looks almost the twin of how mine looked originally with that interior. Is it def RB blue? It looks more like mine (Cosmos) in the pics.

It's a Chrysler colour apparently. Viper GTS Blue.
