The DB9 Vehicle Maintenance sheets list: Check Air Conditioning System for leaks (UV visual), on every service. I think it is time for an A/C Service and would appreciate some advice about where to go for one. The local Elite tyre dealer charges £30, but is it safe to let them loose on my car?

I don't know that outfit but the cheap "get-em-in, get-em-out" machines have a poor record. They use an automated machine without the operator understanding much more than 'monkey push the button'.
It cost me £50 for an aircon engineer to empty the system into a waste tank, full recharge with fluorescent dye and pressure check. He went through the full system before he did a single thing to make sure it was ok.
Pay peanuts........

Thanks, I think I will bypass the monkey and use an organ grinder.
