a dented wheel and lots of vibration- SOS from France

What is the use of a cerbera when its speed is limited by a dented wheel and peugeots are overtaking us! Looking for suggestions to get us home safely!!
We are in France with a cerb speed 6 and when we get above 60mph the jiggliness and vibrations begin and increase exponentially with pressure on the accelerator! French drivers flash us and we thought it was because of the prettiness of the car but perhaps it is because of the wonky wheel. The situation is our rear aluminium wheel appears to have become dented ? how. Tire still ok. We have original oz saturn 16 inch wheels and we are in Alsace.
Specifically pistonheaders our questions are
1) Anyone know of a good way to get a replacement wheel in France on a bank holiday weekend?
2) Anyone shipped a wheel to France before... with who??
3) Would inflating the tyre more help or hinder?
4) In simple terms is is safe to drive at less than 60mph when the vibrations are minimal- what is the risk of more damage/ safety ??

The Team Dynamics fit at 18inch and so I guess a 16 might? Here are the french disstributors. I have no idea which are close...
